L.A. Excursions Inc. was founded in 1994 in a small garage in Redondo Beach, California. Starting up with two used vans to operate city tours in Los Angeles (hence the name L.A. Excursions), the company has now grown into a full-service transportation company covering the entire southwestern United States. Its fleet has now expanded to 12 vehicles: Freightliner Comfortbuses, Krystal Minibuses and Mercedes Microbuses. L.A. Excursions Inc. has firmly established itself as the leader in small-group transportation services in the southwestern United States, due to its versatile character.

It is the only company in the region which offers a wide range of language options in its driver-guide series. This makes L.A. Excursions ultimately suitable for all of your small group travel needs. Group bookings include multiple-day tour programs, city tours, airport transfers, wedding charters, ski trips, award ceremonies (Oscars, Grammy’s, MTV Awards), parties & events, and all other shuttle and charter services.

President and CEO, Marc Claessens, who is of Belgian descent with a strong background in tourism, saw this need for multi-lingual tour transportation and, thus, has adapted L.A. Excursions – from a local charter company to a specialized transportation company.
